Gebläsehalle Neunkirchen

brief description:

The Neue Gebläsehalle Neunkirchen is a multifunctional event and concert venue. The hall with gradually ascending theatre seating can accommodate up to 1000 audience members. Due to an integrated room division construction, a more intimate theatre space can be created, accommodating 500 to 600 audience members. Yet another option is the removal of the retracting stage: a new space is created which can be equipped with various seating and table arrangements to suit a number of different events, such as congresses, corporate functions, private festivities, etc. The hall's maximum standing room capacity is approximately 2000. The spacious foyer offers an exciting ambience for smaller events or receptions.

The Neue Gebläsehalle Neunkirchen, which originally served as blower house to the blast-furnace plant of the Neunkircher Hochöfen, is an impressive industrial monument. Although the building had to be comprehensively redeveloped, its original industrial character was retained. The venue is located in the heart of downtown Neunkirchen, in the Altes Hüttenareal ironworks complex, directly across from the Saarpark Center shopping mall. Easy access within minutes from the A8 Autobahn (exit Neunkirchen City). Parking available on the 'West' parking deck at the Saarpark Center shopping mall across the street.
