Mine Shaft Gegenort

description

brief description:

The Gegenort mine shaft comprises a shaft hall, an old pit frame and an open-air ground, idyllically nestled amidst woodlands. During the summer months, the venue is popular for outdoor events with a more rustic character. Old machines and tools pertaining to coal mining as well as the reproduced mining gallery create an exceptional atmosphere. Inside the hall, the space is dominated by the inoperative mining gallery with its impressive steel construction. Gegenort is cultural site and party location at the same time - definitely a venue for special occasions.
